Canoe, Kayak & Hike in Close Contact with Nature

Using the camping skills they have gained through their woodcraft training, the three- and seven-week campers travel to remote parts of Maine for an adventure that may include hiking mountains, canoeing on inland rivers and lakes, or kayaking on the coast. In the wilderness, in close contact with nature and their companions, campers learn to distinguish between what is meaningful and essential in life and what may be superfluous.
